Established in 2021, the Fermin Perez Cigar Factory operates with a hands-on, small-batch approach that prioritizes quality over volume. Inside the factory, skilled Nicaraguan artisans hand-roll each cigar using traditional techniques and carefully aged tobaccos, ensuring consistency, precision, and exceptional construction.
While focused on boutique production, the factory maintains scalable operations with the capacity to produce up to approximately 1 million cigars annually. This allows for steady growth while preserving strict, hands-on quality control standards.
