I’m Fermin Perez Jr. Born in Havana, Cuba. I have lived in Miami, Florida since 1980, since I have ventured and lived in Los Angeles, California and Bavaro, Dominican Republic. I have some traveling experience because of the my job mostly, visiting beverage manufactures, conventions, client and a little of personal traveling as well.

I have many things I cherish in my life like spending time with my wonderful and talented wife and my daughters..family and friends are an important part of my life. Fishing is most definitely one of my most favorite past times.

I’ve started with this blog/website as a pass time, were i will share some of my business experience in the most part but still try to keep a log of some of my great moments.
