Fermin Perez has years of front line management and entrepreneurial experience, founded and been involved in the development of several Beverage Sales and Distribution companies importing beers from Central America. Also negotiated contracts and agreements with SAB Miller, Zephryhills, Nestle Waters, Perrier, San Pelegrino, Coca Cola and private label wines. Launching a clone product of Corona beer called Cantina Cerveza and a RTD/Frozen liquor shot world wide. Most recently the building of HP Global Brands, Inc. a Consulting, Brokerage and Development company.

Introducing and developing a broad range of national brands to major chains including, but not limited to, Walgreens, Kmart, Walmart, and Home Depot has given him a solid foundation for launching Brands in Domestic and International markets.

My experience is not limited to the beverage industry. Have also built company strategies and coming to market launches, for Law Firms and Real Estate industries. Early adopter in the rapidly growing cell phone business in 1995 and was instrumental in several start-up retail operations on both the East and West Coasts, USA.

Also was COO and VP of sales for World Frost and have been the principal negotiator in the development of all World Frost’s Domestic and International partnerships with its imports in South Africa, Canada, Slovenia, United Kingdom, The Netherlands (EU Exclusive Distributor,) Colombia, and the USA territories. Additionally, successfully sold stock and company to new group investors.

Currently working on the launch of newest product line Tony in Shape Sugar Free Mixes to export and Distribute Nationwide.

Some time before then i had my share of the technology business, I was at the forefront of the Cellular Phone movement, with companies like Verizon Wireless, Nextel, Sprint. Also being Awarded for highest volume sales in South Florida Region by Verizon Wireless.

Ohh yeah, and my first ever job was cutting grass!! yep did that too!
